At PC Doctors of Northern Michigan we do it all, from upgrades, software, hardware, virus and spyware removal. No job is too small or large. We also sell a full line of computers and hardware. My overhead is so low I can pass those savings onto you. I can save you 20-40 percent over major retailers, more or less, depending on current market pricing.
At PC Doctors of Northern Michigan we do not charge for time, but on a per situation basis. You will know upfront what your costs are, so you won't have to deal with unknown labor fees.
House Call : A House Call does not include any work. Its just to show up. Here is a breakdown of the following counties and costs. This list is not conclusive. House Call fees are NON refundable.
- Antrim County $ 30. If you live near Eastport or near US31 in Antrim, it will be $ 39.
- Grand Traverse County $ 39
- Kalkaska County $ 30
- Otsego County $ 30-39
- Crawford County $ 30-39
- Charlevoix County $ 39
- Emmet County $ 39-45
- Leelanau County $ 39-45
- Benzie $ 39-45
- Roscommon County $ 39-45
Virus Removal : $50 for the removal of one or many viruses. If it takes three hours you only pay $50 if you have a virus problem.
Spyware Removal/Tune Up : $25 This includes cleaning out the system and bringing it back to normal, fast operation, and the removal of spyware. If a virus is found, a virus removal assessment of $50 will be charged in addition to the $25 tune up fee.
Operating System reinstall and setup : $50 This includes reinstallation of your operating system and drivers for your hardware. It also includes tweaking system settings for optimized performance. PC Doctors is not responsible for operating system availability. If you do not have a OS backup on disk, you will have to purchase one. We have OEM Windows OS available at reasonable pricing.
Hardware Installation : $25 This includes any hardware to be installed, and is charged on a per hardware item basis. If a CDROM drive and memory needed to be installed the cost would be $50. PC Doctors offers all makes and models of hardware for your computer at rock bottom pricing. Shop the competition and then call us!!
Computer/Hardware Sales : At PC Doctors we have a large line of computers, monitors etc... at low low prices. My overhead is so low I pass those savings onto you. I have computers as low as $150 dollars (without monitor), and LCD monitors as low as $99 dollars. Call now for your next computer or hardware item.
Lessons/tutoring : $ 25/hour plus $25 house call. Do you want to learn more about computers? Do you have a child in school that needs computer tutoring? No matter how much or how little your computer experience is, PC Doctors of Northern Michigan can teach you anything you wish to know about computers, Windows, hardware, and the history of computing systems etc...
